Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients’ physical conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to administer physical therapy treatments.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in physical therapy practices.
Requirements:
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy in Idaho.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and families.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.

- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and appropriate billing for services.
